Representing The Injured And Disabled For Over 50 Years
Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson, L.L.P., is one of Georgia’s oldest and most distinguished law firms, having represented clients throughout the state for over 50 years. Our firm has three offices, in Macon, Albany and Warner Robins, serving clients not only in Georgia, but across the Southeast.
Our lawyers are very active in legal circles, as well as the community more generally. Our attorneys have served as past presidents of the State Bar of Georgia and the Macon Bar Association, as well as chairing several committees. These committees include the Workers’ Compensation section and the General Practice and Trial Law section of the Georgia Bar.
Our attorneys have also lectured at numerous continuing legal education seminars and at the Mercer University School of Law. The topics have ranged from personal injury and malpractice law to family law and estate planning.
In addition, one of our lawyers, Rudolph Patterson, co-founded the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). This is a national organization of well over 3,000 lawyers across the country who are advocates for disabled individuals under the Social Security Act and one of the primary reasons we are recognized as a leader in the field of Social Security and SSI disability law.
If you would like further information, or wish to speak with one of our lawyers, please do not hesitate in contacting us.
Contingent fees are not permitted in all cases, and in cases where applicable, such as workers’ compensation, personal injury and wrongful death, refer to attorney fees, and do not include court costs or other legal expenses, which usually must be paid by the client.
