Nathaniel “Nate” E. Edmonds devotes his practice to helping individuals injured or harmed by personal injury, medical negligence and wrongful death—including car accidents, slip and falls and other injuries as a result of the negligence of others.
Nate began his career as a general practitioner handling all varieties of cases including divorce cases, contract disputes, juvenile court cases, and criminal defense. As a result, Nate gained extensive and invaluable experience in the courtroom as a trial lawyer..
After obtaining trial experience, Nate worked as an insurance defense attorney—both as fee counsel and as in-house counsel for a large national insurance company. He successfully defended insurance companies, in a variety of personal injury actions and obtained defense verdicts for his former clients.
Now, Nate is devoted to representing individuals who are injured. He uses his experience as a former insurance attorney to get the best results possible for his clients. He handles a wide variety of negligence claims—from car wrecks, premises liability cases and medical malpractice cases, to dog bite cases, slip and fall cases, and general negligence cases.
Nate has been a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the past 2 years and has obtained the designation as both an insurance defense attorney and plaintiff’s personal injury attorney. Nate currently serves clients throughout the state of Georgia, including Bibb, Houston, Jones, Peach, Monroe, Crawford and surrounding counties.
Originally from Mount Airy, Georgia, Nate graduated from Kennesaw State University with a B.B.A. in Economics and a Minor in Finance. He then attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law where he obtained his law degree.
Outside of the office, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife, who is also an attorney, and their 2 children.
