Kevin earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Mercer University before being admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1990. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Throughout his career, he has remained active in professional organizations, including the State Bar of Georgia, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
